US Buyers
Unless you specify a specific carrier through our webpage most shipments will be made using USPS. If you would need a different carrier for whatever reason, please inform us immediately. We cannot reship if a shipment has left and we were not informed in time. Most orders will ship within 24 hours of being placed.
Free shipping: Our free shipping option does not guarantee any carrier. Any item with free shipping will ship with whatever the least expensive rate is available to us. If you need a specific carrier or speed you will need to select a specific shipping method at checkout.
Insurance: We will provide insurance on orders between $100-$300. If you have a cart of over $300 and you would like it insured for the full value you must add the item "Shipping Insurance" to your cart. Each time you add the item it will cover you for another $100 in value. So for a $500 cart you will need to add and adjust the quantity of "Shipping Insurance" to 2. This will bring your total coverage to $500 and if anything happens to your purchase we will cover the entire value once the claim has been processed.
Shipments shipped via Plain White Envelope do not and cannot have insurance and therefore are not eligible for refund if lost or damaged, keep this in mind when selecting the PWE shipping method.
International Buyers (Non US)
We will ship worldwide using Pirateship. Pirateship provides us with the best commercial rates available and we pass those savings on to you. This does mean that international shipments under 4 lbs will be significantly cheaper than those 4lbs or above. Keep this in mind when making a purchase.
International Insurance: The process is the same as above, except we will only automatically cover up to $200 in value and you must add the "International Shipping Insurance" to your cart. The quantity and rules remain the same.
'Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. '

'Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

'Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '

'Heavily Played condition cards exhibit signs of heavy wear. Heavily Played condition cards may include cards that have significant creasing, folding, severe water damage, heavy whitening, heavy border wear, and /or tearing. '

'Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. Damaged condition cards have massive border wear, possible writing or major inking (ex. white-bordered cards with black-markered front borders), massive corner wear, prevalent scratching, folds, creases or tears. '
