topInterest List
The Interest List is a tool designed for customers to express their desire for specific products. It is important to clarify that signing up for the Interest List is not a preorder and does not guarantee the availability of any items. This distinction is crucial, as we aim to manage expectations regarding product allocations.
When you submit a request through the Interest List, you are indicating your interest in a product, but this does not secure a reservation. We will make every effort to accommodate requests, but due to the nature of product allocations, we cannot guarantee that every request will be fulfilled. This approach allows us to avoid the complications associated with traditional preorders, where customers may pay upfront without confirmation of product availability and then receive a shicking refund mere days before release.
Typically, we will not have pricing and availability details until approximately one to two weeks prior to the product's release. This timeframe is necessary for us to assess our allocations and determine what we can offer to our customers. Once we have this information, we will reach out to individuals on the Interest List to inform them of the available products.
It is also important to note that individuals contacted regarding their Interest List requests will have the option to decline the items offered. If a customer chooses not to respond to our call, they risk losing their potential reservation. In such cases, the item may be offered to the next person on the Interest List. This policy ensures that we can efficiently manage our inventory and provide opportunities to as many interested customers as possible.
While local players are given priority on the Interest List, it is not exclusive to them. We strive to accommodate all requests, regardless of location, while still prioritizing our local community. This approach reflects our commitment to fostering a supportive environment for all gaming enthusiasts.
In summary, our Interest List serves as a means for customers to express their interest in products without the commitment of a preorder. We encourage customers to participate, understanding that while we will do our best to fulfill requests, we cannot guarantee availability. By managing the Interest List in this manner, we aim to provide a fair and transparent process for all our customers.
