Subscription Policy

RPG Subscription Terms & Services

By participating in our RPG Program, all players agree to the following terms and conditions:

Subscription Requirement

Participation in ongoing RPG campaigns requires an active RPG Subscription. Subscriptions are billed automatically every two (2) weeks using the payment method on file.

A player’s subscription must remain active and in good standing in order to participate in scheduled sessions.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, the billing system may automatically retry the payment method on file.

If a player arrives for a session without an active subscription due to failed payment, expired card information, insufficient funds, or any other billing issue, the issue must be resolved before the player may participate in the session.

Habitual Payment Issues

Players who repeatedly experience failed payments, repeatedly allow subscriptions to lapse, dispute charges improperly, or intentionally stop subscription payments may be removed from their RPG table at staff discretion.

Players removed for habitual subscription issues may be required to pay for future seasons in full and in advance in order to participate.

Early Withdrawal & Nonpayment

Joining a campaign table reserves a seat for the duration of the season. Dropping from a season early, failing to maintain payment, or abandoning a subscription may be considered grounds for removal from the RPG Program and/or future campaign opportunities.

Exceptions may be granted at staff discretion for emergencies, scheduling conflicts, medical issues, or other special circumstances that are communicated and approved in advance.

Program Conduct & Administration

The store reserves the right to manage RPG tables, player placements, subscriptions, and participation eligibility in order to maintain a healthy and reliable play environment for all participants.

Participation in the RPG Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
