(Ends August 5th)WixossWixoss League Qualifier2022-07-0200:01:00In the first section of the competition each player will start with 5 points and play matches at their leisure in our community discord (invite here: https://discord.gg/easjAsdqwM) to gain as many points as possible in a month! You may play any deck as long as you have the real English cards. There are no restrictions on teams or swapping deck contents in this stage. Decklists will not be required unless you make Top 8 in the second stage.
To qualify for the second stage of the tournament players must have completed at least 10 matches by August 5th. There will be no elimination at this stage, unless a player has not completed 10 matches in the time allotted.Getting points: For each win they record they will receive a point, for each loss a player will lose a point. Players can't go below 0 points and can only gain points from a 0 point player if they also have 0 points. (P1 has 1 point and P2 has 0. If P1 wins, they do not go to 2 points, but if both players have 0 and P1 wins, then P1 would now have 1 point)
Players can only play 5 point matches per week. Week one begins July 2nd at 00:00 hours EST and continues to July 8th at 23:59hours EST. Week 2 begins at 00:00 July 9th, etc.
Players also cannot play the same opponent more than once within a week.
Players will report matches in the discord by reporting who they played and who won in the #take-a-chance-match-records and their match partner confirming the record by reacting with a green check mark. A match record that is unconfirmed will not be counted. After the qualifier league stage we will begin the elimination stage to find our Top 8 that will enter into the Team Stage with the Content Creator of their choice!
