Players' teams consist of four hikers, who all start on the corresponding color base camp at the bottom of the mountain.
On a turn, the player rolls two dice, and may move either one or two of their hikers in a clockwise direction on the game board. Upon reaching a trail marker of their own color, the hiker climbs a level towards the mountain summit.
Special movements, called Bump, Switch, and Conditional Switch, can quickly change the game. "Bumping" allows you to knock rival's hiker down a level, and "switching" allows you to trade your hiker's place with an opponent's hiker's place.
Be the first team to get all four hikers to the summit to win.
